like a faucet that leaks and there is comfort in the sound

things i loved about this week: turning the fan on in my room, sheets of ultraviolet lightening, driving for miles and miles, resurrecting an old death cab for cutie album, weekend jaunts downtown, receiving flowers, visiting my friend's new house, swilling cinnamon whiskey and playing guitar in a garage, ubiquitous diner grub, kooky furniture shops, relishing the long weekend by partying sunday night away.
