the past couple days in iceland have been mesmerizing. air so crisply clean, feeling as though you are at the highest point of the world, surrounded by frigid waters. absolutely breathtaking.
people continue to ask why my sister and i decided to come here, and we never truly have a solid reason, except it simply intrigued us beyond explanation. the pure beauty of the country is absolutely indescribable. you must experience it for yourself.
i wore this out to bar 11 and zimsen, where we met a trio of boys from england, canada, and iceland, and partied with them for the night. i also had odd shots created for me by a couple locals i had met - which included an absolutely revolting 'viking' shot, and one named 'brain' which had curdled bailey's on the surface. made for an interesting night !
